  OMG called wanting to get an account started on furniture the guy David I think was so rude he told me no to everything before even really knowing what I wanted but repeatedly told me there were CLOSING EARLY today but mind you it 1 pm in the evening.. I just wish ppl were more friendly and don't do or say things just to get you off the phone SO PISSED right now

  I went to this location a couple days ago to buy iPad the guy told me that it just needed a cord and that it was working just perfectly the other day when it came in got home went to the store to get cord and to my surprise when I power it up it has a code that came with it came up here set for like an hour while they're trying to unlock it and then they told me the next day they told me they would be delivering it to my house after already purchased it and then call me right before it was time to deliver to let me know that they couldn't do anything about the passcode they were rude not helpful at all and it kept the I've had for like 4 or 5 days after I bought it I will never return to this location I asked to be sent to the one on Collins and the general manager this location can even give me a day or when my account was even going to be sent to Collins far as I'm concerned I really didn't want to give them the one star they really deserve zero Stars

  This place has the worst customer service. They flooded my apartment when they installed my washer, they couldn't help me move and yet I'm late on my fourth payment and they are harassing me and my relatives. I have told them I will pay them, but they want it NOW or nothing. I will never so business there again.
