  I tend to go late art night, but it's the same. I have a few complaints, but I'll still give them 5 stars because I've spoken to management and they're dealing with the issues (I've witnessed so it's not just them saying it). My complaints have been: employees on their phones (it wouldn't bother me if they would look up every now and then to assist customers), a few employees who decided to give attitude rather than assist when asked something, and the typical one everyone has of the lanes going down to a few self check or down to 1 lane. I know why they do it, but just fyi for anyone who doesn't want self check, you can ask to go to a lane. They'll send you to whatever one and have a cashier meet you there. My concerns have been handled (or are in the process of being handled). I'll say to be such a busy store, it always looks so clean. I'm a frequent here, and will continue to be as long as they continue to put customers first.
